INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

Speakers must send their presentation in PowerPoint and PDF (Windows compatible format) by email (nexus@uevora.pt) until 05th of December 2024.

Confere room is equipped with a computer and a projector. Only computers belonging to the organization can be used, so that speakers will not be able to use their laptops for the presentation.

In each session there will be a member of the organization to give support with the presentations and/or if any matter shall arise.

Each speaker has a maximum allowance of 10 minutes.

POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

Posters must be printed at A0 format (841mm x 1189 mm). Diferent formats will not be exhibited.

Authors must bring around 25 copies of their posters in format A4 to distribute to interested participants.

The organization provides the material required to display the posters. The display of the poster as well as its removal is of authors’ responsibility.

All posters must be displayed during the morning of the 10 December 2024, from 8:30am until 11:30am.

Posters will remain in exhibition during the whole duration of the conference.

Posters can be removed by authors from 5:00pm on the 11th of December. The organization will not take responsibility for any poster that is not removed by 6:00pm on the 11th of December.

SUBMISSION DETAILS

Authors of accepted submissions are requested to submit their final, camera-ready abstract, for inclusion in the E-Book by 08 November 2024 via Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) and also by e-mail (nexus@uevora.pt):

  1. Final source files (MS Word in DOC or DOCX, or LaTeX, including figures) of their manuscript.
  2. Final PDF file corresponding exactly to the final source files (template bellow – “Abstract Teemplate for e-Book publication”).

Authors of accepted submissions are invited to publish their articles at MDPI Sustainability special issue, entitled “NEXUS International Conference: Digital and Green Transition in Maritime Ports: Trends and Challenges—DGTMP 2024, until 31st January 2025.
