
Pascal Ollivier is President of Maritime Street and Senior Advisor to international financial institutions such as The World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and governments to shape the future of digital port infrastructure and maritime trade supply chain. Pascal is also the chair of the International Association of Ports & Harbors (IAPH) Data Collaboration Strategic Committee and the founding chair of the International Port Community System Association. He is the IAPH liaison on digitalization with the International Maritime Organization, the World Customs Organization, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, where he is leading initiatives in the digitalization of the maritime supply chain. Pascal is also the co-editor of the World Bank IAPH 2023 and 2024 reports on Port Community System, lessons from Global Experience. Pascal has 20 years of experience in leading policy making and implementing digital port infrastructure and public private data collaboration platforms at Ports around the world.
